Getting to know you - Now

First I will work to get to know you. This could take several appointments depending how verbose you are and what is going on in your life in the NOW.

How you became you - Then

Then we will delve into all the various things that made you the person you are. What impacted you growing up? Who were your role models? What memories do you hold onto? This often takes many sessions as we shine a light on how your past affects you today.

Who you want to be - Future

Let's define goals. What do you want out of therapy? What do you want out of life? This will weave into discussions of both the then and the now, to outline a path specific to you.

Obstacles

We will explore and outline all of the things standing in your way from you achieving your truest potential. These details will allow us to continually refine those goals.

Options

Throughout your time you will set your pace and path while looking at options to attain your goals. This could be as simple as practicing communication techniques or remembering to go for a walk for some alone time.

Review

Accountability. Accountability. Accountability. We will hold each other accountable to gain trust while we review how the options are working, how therapy is working overall and discuss other options and plans to meet your goals.
